dion. 28. san francisco. vegan. bartender. artist. old school not-a-goth. green-blooded hobgoblin. misanthrope. i am afraid of enclosed spaces, going outside without sunscreen on, and music that came out after the nineties.
this is totally a relevant question. SF is definitely a society of hedonism, lots of drinking and eating and more drinking and bars etc etc. and it is hard to find things to do if you aren’t drinking/old enough to drink. i will admit that. My favorite non-drinking thing to do is eat though. All the good Asian food and Mexican! People like to hang out in Dolores Park, that’s what the cool people do. (i do not do it, i don’t like people enough for that) Sorry this is a ramble. (Maybe I’m failing because I am a bartender and a lush and I don’t know what to suggest to do other than get a fake ID and join the drunks.) OH! It does depend on what you mean by “cool” but the academy of sciences is really fun, to me. as is the exploratorium and the conservatory of flowers. I also like to hang out at cafes in the tenderloin and watch crackheads. it’s like bird watching. i am sorry. I failed at this. :/
